26th - 27th January, 2023 All sessions will be held in the Conference Hall of the Rock City Hotel Kwahu, Eastern Region.
28th January 2023 All sessions will be held at Peduase, Aburi, Eastern Region.
There will be a Secretariat located by the Conference Hall of the Rock City Hotel which will be open at the following times: Wednesday, 25th Jnauary 2023, from 04:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Thursday 26th January 2023, at 7am to 5pm and Friday 7am to 2pm.
Registration will open at the Pedause venue on Saturday, January 28 by 8:00AM
A complimentary Business Center is also available for all guests.
Simultaneous interpretation (English and French) will be provided during the plenary sessions. All presentations and information documents relating to the conference will be provided in English.
Coffee breaks with a selection of snacks and an open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at venue: inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for all summit days. The restaurant at various hotels will be open and available for all participants at their own cost.
Air tickets will be sent electronically, where applicable, to sponsored participants
National passport holders from ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) and Kenya, do not require a visa to enter Ghana.
Entry visa for Ghana is required for all other participants traveling with national pass- ports. Our missions in respective countries can be of further assistance.
For confirmed participants, pre-arranged visas by State Protocol will be issued upon arrival at the airport. A copy of the bio-data page of your passport must be forwarded as soon as possible for processing to the emailprotocol@africaprosperity.network
Participants will be picked-up from the Kotoka International Airport, Terminal 3 to the Rock City Hotel and from the Hotel to the Airport.
Participants will be picked up from recommended hotels to Peduase on the morning of the 28 January 2022 at 8:00am and despatched to their hotels post event.
For convenience, it is recommended that participants stay at Rock City Hotel for the 26th and 27th of January 2023. The negotiated daily room rate for a Superior Room is $360.

The hotels provide, at your convenience, complimentary airport shuttle services on an hourly basis. Alternatively, the hotel provides a range of chauffeured driven luxury vehicles at an additional fee. For further enquiries and reservation requests you may liaise with the Hotel.
There is fully equipped fitness centre, tennis court an outdoor pool in most of our recommended hotels.
All cars entering the premises will be scanned and interiors examined. Body scanners will be used for all participants entering the Conference venue.

Kwahu and Peduase being mountainous are expected to have lower temperatures in January as compared to the rest of the country with foggy mornings.
